To be united with Christ is to be also united in His sufferings. Let us not be disheartened when the burdens we carry have great weight or particular darkness. Instead, let us give ourselves completely to Jesus, offering Him our struggles, pain and heartache, saying "For you, sweet Jesus. For you." This pleases Him greatly and further unites our hearts with His own. 

 Have hope + do all for Christ.
